About the EnCompass Institute

The EnCompass Institute is committed to serving Pacific Northwest children and families who come with a strong desire to make lasting positive changes and optimize their development. Since 1985, more than 20,000 people worldwide have used Natural Learning Rhythms to achieve greater relationships, academic excellence and overall well being in their lives. We see parents from every religion, culture and economic class and we serve them all equally.

Mission

EnCompass uses child and adult development to provide students and their families with the resources and community to achieve optimal well–being in self, family and society.

Core Values

The goal of education and family is to discover the greatness that lives in each of us.

  • Family cohesiveness, healthy relationships, and continuity of values between home and school are the keys to academic success and happy, socially able children.
  • We use Natural Learning Rhythms and its inclusive appreciation of child development, family dynamics, multiple intelligences and learning styles to relate to the child as a whole being. In this conscientious relationship with the child the adult also develops.
  • Healthy relationships are essential to all learning.
  • The ultimate aim in life is for each individual to actualize their highest potential—their self–actualization.
